You all cleaned us out of caramel rolls by 1:00 PM… or so you thought. 😏

I may have had one sneaky pan tucked away in the fridge, and it’s headed into the oven!

✨ The final pan of Caramel Roll Friday will be ready in about an hour! ✨

If you missed out earlier today, here’s your second chance. Once this pan is gone, that’s officially it until next Friday!

Let’s see if we can send the last pan home before closing time. ❤️

Just a little behind-the-scenes look at what Caramel Roll Friday looks like around here…

I’ve been in the kitchen since 1:00 a.m. trying to stay ahead of today’s heat and keep the shop comfortable enough during the day for all of you awesome people. It’s 3:30 now, and I’ve still got four more pans to bake! 😅

The sweetest part? Trapper insisted on coming with me so I wouldn’t be here alone. While most kids are fast asleep, he’s keeping his mama company in the shop. I’d say I’ve got the best little sidekick around. ❤️

It’s a lot of work, but mornings like this remind me how lucky I am. Thank you all for making Caramel Roll Friday such a tradition. We can’t wait to see you this morning!

As always… once they’re gone, they’re gone! 😉

Caramel Roll Friday is BACK tomorrow!

I know I was gone last week, so it’s officially time to bring the caramel rolls back! 🤎

The kitchen and I are about to go head-to-head with tomorrow’s heat, so if you see me looking a little melty… just know it was worth it. 😅 But those warm, gooey caramel rolls will be waiting!

We’ll also have coffee, iced drinks, Lotus energy drinks, Italian sodas, sandwiches, and other goodies to help beat the heat.

If you’ve been craving caramel rolls, tomorrow’s your day! They tend to disappear quickly, but my plan is to keep them coming throughout the day. ❤️

Good morning, Forkers! ❤️

It feels so good to be back in the kitchen today. I didn’t realize just how much I missed baking until I had a mixer running and muffins in the oven. It really does fill my heart.

I need your help!

Yesterday, we had quite a few people stop in looking for lunch, and it got me thinking…

I’ve been tossing around ideas for expanding our lunch menu beyond our current sandwiches. Imagine things like fresh chopped Italian grinders, wraps, hearty salad bowls, homemade focaccia sandwiches, soups, and other bakery café favorites.

Before I start testing recipes (and buying a whole lot of ingredients 😅), I want to hear from YOU!
If you could add ONE lunch item to the menu at Keep Your Fork, what would it be?

Good morning, friends! ❤️

I am back from Oregon, and today is all about getting the shop stocked back up and the kitchen ready after being away.

Because of that, we’ll be opening a little later than usual… around 10:00 AM today. Thank you so much for your patience while I get everything restocked and start baking again.

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone and getting back into the swing of things. See you soon! ☕🥐

Happy Sunday, friends! ☀️

We’re officially headed back to North Dakota today, but don’t worry! Evie and the boys have the shop open and ready for you! ❤️

With temperatures expected to top 100°, it’s the perfect day to cool off with:
🍦 Soft-serve ice cream (we have mix-ins!)
🥤 Iced coffees, Lotus drinks, and Italian sodas
🍫 And there should still be some of Evie’s delicious dessert bars waiting for you!

If you’re out and about today, stop in, say hi to the kids, and treat yourself to something cold. They’d love to see some friendly faces!

Good morning from Oregon! ❤️

My mama heart is absolutely bursting today.

While I’m out here with family, Evie and the crew have been holding down the fort at Keep Your Fork. She spent yesterday making pan after pan of homemade bars, and I couldn’t be more proud of her. She has worked so hard to keep things going while I’m away.

Today they’ve got:

Everything is fresh, individually packaged, and ready to go with your favorite coffee or Lotus!

They’ve been open for about an hour, and it’s been pretty quiet so far. If you’ve been thinking about stopping in, today would be a wonderful day to show Evie and the crew a little hometown love. It would mean the world to this proud mama. ❤️

We made it to Oregon safely. ❤️ Thank you so much to everyone who has reached out, prayed for our family, and kept us in your thoughts.

The shop will be open this weekend! While I’m away, Evie and the rest of the family will be holding down the fort. They’ve been working hard and are excited to take care of everyone until I get back.

Please give them a little extra grace if things aren’t quite as fast or polished as usual. They’re stepping up in a big way, and I couldn’t be more proud of them. ❤️

Good morning, friends! 💙

This will be my last post before I head to Oregon for my grandpa’s funeral. Thank you all for your patience and understanding while we take a little time away.

I’ve got fresh blueberry turnovers in the case this morning! 🫐🥐 As for the rest of the bakery case, it’ll be a little on the light side today. I intentionally ran my ingredients down before we close so I don’t end up with a lot of waste while we’re gone.

We’ll still have coffee, drinks, and smiling faces ready for you this morning, and I’d love to see you before we head out.

Thank you all for the love, support, and kindness you’ve shown our family these past few weeks. It truly means more than you know. We’ll see you when we get back. ❤️
