Hey Donut Lovers! I’ve got a bit of a serious and personal post here. So we’ve not been out as much, canceled some, and closed early this year. Some has been weather related some have been me and family related. Since late April/early May I’ve been struggling with a medical condition that heat makes worse. We’ve tried meds that helped some but side effects weren’t worth it. Tried others that did nothing. Now as of yesterday I have a diagnosis. A treatment plan that’s helping. And more labs and appts scheduled. We also have vacation scheduled that’s 3 yrs in planning so I’m determined to go and enjoy it. So with all that being said, we aren’t setting up tomorrow, 7/4 morning or evening. The next time we will be open is probably 7/25. That’s still TBD. So say a little prayer, send some positive vibes for me (and Shane, Annabelle, and the medical staff). Trust me when I say I miss being out and seeing smiling faces and talking to everyone.
