Our Story

Cincotti's Homemade offers gourmet homemade all natural preservative-free sweet baked goods specializing in breads such as banana, pumpkin, and seasonal variations. We’ve been a local business for over 10 years.

THIS IS MY FAMILY AND MY TEAM

From right to left is my little brother Carmen, he does everything from making the website on Etsy, taking pictures, making videos and selling at festivals. Anything I need him for he’s only a phone call away. My brother next to him is Nick. He’s my #1 sales guy! Nick is always there for me. He comes up with a lot of the new bread ideas for the business. Nick loves festivals so chances are if I’m there, you’ll see him too. Next to him is his girlfriend Erin, slightly new to the family but she dove right in and taught me about social media marketing. She also is a great photographer! She continuously helps me with ideas and pushes me to do more. Next to her is my son Jake. (full time college student) Poor kid. He has been watching me bake his entire life and has recently got into the business. He’s a great asset to have. He does everything from the computer to selling at festivals. Next to my son is me. I’m the baker and a little bit of everything else. On my left is my daughter Gabrielle. What can I say about this one-- well she’s my right hand girl. From taking pictures to sales and helping with festivals, marketing and pushing me to do more every day of my life. She also created the logo design. Last but not least is my boyfriend, Jimmy. He does everything from baking, selling at festivals and making deliveries. He keeps me sane and makes me a better person. Thank God for my family! These are the people who I trust and depend on with the business. They all are truly amazing people and I feel so blessed to have them.

With my family we have created a success business and without them I would be lost. Not in the picture is my best friend, Jenn Mcgowan. She past unexpectedly 8 years ago but she’s the one who made all this possible. She got me into my first store, Sugar Hill Subs in Mays Landing, she believed in me before I believed in me. She gave me a great friendship that I will never forget.
