I drove by the shop today and saw something that stopped me in my tracks.
Little kids sitting outside with ice cream-covered smiles, parents soaking in the moment, and older couples just enjoying time together… all over a scoop of ice cream.
It hit me right there…..this is it. This is what I dreamed of.
Not just an ice cream shop, but a place where people slow down, connect, and make memories across generations all the while providing a safe and inclusive workplace.
Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.
