Legends is the newest dining hot spot in McAllen, Texas. Legends Restaurant Bar Patio is family owned and operated. Juan Luis Mussenden, the owner, has been in the hospitality and restaurant business for 25 years. He met his wife Karina Mussenden while working in a restaurant in Puerto Rico.
