Holy cow! The Brinks Family Creamery does it all! From fresh bottled milk and cheese curds all the way to homegrown Holstein Wagyu beef.​

The fourth-generation, 350-acre family farm & creamery located in McBain is home to 115 milking cows and 130 beef cows. ​

Brinks Family Creamery produces 700 gallons of milk per week, and with the help of an MDARD Value-Added Grant, they were able to add a new milk separator to their operation. Now they can produce additional dairy items such as heavy cream and 2% milk. ​

“We’re now working on producing an even wider variety of dairy products thanks to the separator we purchased with the money from MDARD’s grant program,” said Amberly Mejia, a fourth-generation Brinks family farmer.

🚨➡️Brinks Family Creamery is looking to fill a part time (with possibility of full time) position with someone who is energetic and eager to be part of a growing family business! 👀‼️

✅The job would include assisting with a variety of responsibilities such as bottling milk, packaging cheese, packing customer orders and helping in the store front. There would also be an opportunity for training to help make cheese, pasteurize milk and learn to do the lab testing that goes along with that!
