Snack Shack for Sale !

This is not an easy post for Tom and me to make.

After a lot of thought, prayer, and many conversations, we have made the difficult decision to put Snack Shack up for sale.

First and foremost, we are NOT closing. Nothing is being rushed. We will remain open and continue serving our wonderful customers while we look for the right person to continue what’s been built.

The biggest reasons for this decision are simply life and family. Between my full-time teaching job, working at Mineshaft in Gilbert several nights each week, and trying to manage two businesses, there just aren't enough hours in the day.

Adding to that, Tom will be undergoing major back surgery in November. His recovery is expected to take many months, and I simply cannot carry the responsibilities of both businesses while working full-time and caring for him during that process.

This decision has absolutely nothing to do with our customers, our staff, or our community. In fact, those are the very things that make this so hard. We love this place, and we love the people who have supported us from day one.

Because of that, we are committed to finding the right person to take over Snack Shack. It’s been an established successful business for many many years. We won't just sell to anyone. We want someone who will love this restaurant, its customers, and its employees as much as we do. Finding the right fit matters far more to us than making a quick sale.

For anyone interested, Snack Shack has seen many upgrades since we purchased it, including:
✅ New waterproof laminate flooring throughout�✅ New countertops and accent wall�✅ Completely remodeled bathroom�✅ New stand-up freezer�✅ New kitchen and storage shelving�✅ New commercial deep fryer and grill�✅ At least $3,000 of food and stock will be included �✅ Additional equipment, dishes, cookware

It will be sold turn key and ready to run and operate the next day.

We are open to reasonable offers. At the end of the day, something has to give for our family, especially with Tom's upcoming surgery and recovery.

If you've ever dreamed of owning a restaurant, this could be a wonderful opportunity. We are incredibly proud of what we've built here and thankful for every customer who has walked through our doors. Again we are not closing. Nothing is changing. Only looking for new owners. If we don’t find he right fit/ we will keep it!

Today is the day to come out in full force and support Missy. A portion of our proceeds today will go directly to her. Every dollar helps right now. We love you, Missy and we’re praying for you.

Missy Monday! Eat Snack Shack Monday to support Missy! As many of you know- Missy has a battle to fight! She found out a couple of weeks ago that she has cancer, and she starts treatments next week. Missy is literally the face of Snack Shack. She has fed you, your kids, your family and friends. She knows every one of our customers by name, your usual orders, and how you take your sandwiches. She always has a smiling face, a smart comment, or that contiguous laugh to share with everyone that walks through our doors. If you know Missy- you know she is determined to make this her testimony- she is a fighter and is prepared to take this like everything else in her life- head on and strong willed. Tom, myself and all of our girls at Snack are behind her and supporting her 1000 percent. Tom and I want to do something special for Missy, as she always works so hard to take care of us- so this coming Monday- a portion of our proceeds from the entire day will go directly to Missy. While she will be working some, she wants to continue coming in and seeing the customers, this will give her some extra cash for her travel expenses back and forth to treatment. So come in Monday- get some great food- and help take care of someone who has always helped take care of you! We love you Missy- and we are praying for you!
