It’s taken me some time to even get myself to write this. I know many of you realized the site down in this time of transition.

I want to start by saying THANK YOU. THANK YOU Charlotte & Raleigh for seeing me, embracing me, supporting me, rooting for me, and traveling near and far for my Cheesecake!!!

Our run here has been unforgettable. But we’re off to GA. And I’m hopeful that we will be able to come back EVEN BETTER.

Charlotte & Raleigh will always be the foundation and HEART of who we are.

I wish I could hug each and every one of you, truly. You made me a part of your best moments; birthdays, baby showers, weddings, you name it! I will miss that so much with this community.

We had the privilege of making some Wedding 💒 Mini’s this weekend!

The colors were perfect for a fall wedding, and they fit right in to the beautiful decor and elegance of the set up.

Breast Cancer Awareness for VIP @ Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend for the NC Drive for the Cure 200! 💗

We also got to make another 12 Dozen from The Graham Line for VIP watching the Bank Of America Royal 400 🏁

We even debuted our Gluten Free line & Options, which is now featured on the site!
