🎃 FOXTOBER PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST 🎃

Our Pumpkin Carving Station is sponsored by Cedarhurst of McHenry

Think your pumpkin has what it takes? Show off your creativity and enter it into the Foxtober Pumpkin Carving Contest!

Pumpkins can be entered Saturday, October 17 from 10 AM–4 PM at the Cedarhurst Pumpkin Carving Station. You must complete a registration form to enter — even if you carved your pumpkin at home.

Harms Farm will be selling pumpkins at Foxtober, and we’ll also have a pumpkin carving station available if you want to carve your pumpkin during the event. Already carved yours at home? Bring it with you and enter it!

CONTEST RULES:
• Pumpkins must be hand carved and hand painted only to qualify for a cash prize.
• No additional decorations, embellishments, or other materials are allowed.
• Three judges will select 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each age group.
• Winners will be announced at 5 PM and contacted using the information provided on their registration form.

CASH PRIZES:
🎃 Ages 1–9: $50 | $25 | $15
🎃 Ages 10–18: $75 | $50 | $25
🎃 Ages 19+: $100 | $75 | $50

After the contest, your pumpkins will help light up the Riverwalk from 4–9 PM! We’ll provide LED tea lights if you don’t have your own.

Important: If you enter a pumpkin, you are responsible for picking it up. Pumpkins can be picked up after 9 PM on October 17. Any pumpkins left behind will be disposed of during the day on Monday, October 19.

The 4 PM deadline is firm — no late entries will be accepted!
