Starter: Crab Stuffed Caps - Mushroom caps overstuffed with a mixture consisting of crab, herbs, Parmesan cheese & bread crumbs. Drizzled with a lobster bisque cream sauce.

Salad: Cran-Apple Salad - Granny Smith apple slices & dried cranberries on a bed of Romaine, topped with walnuts & blue cheese crumbles. Served with Fuji apple dressing.

Glazed Strip - 14oz hand-cut Strip Steak smothered in a rich drunken mushroom Demi-glaze. Served with your choice of a side.
