FOOD TRUCK UPDATE: you can get our food truck menu in THREE places today!!! We will have the physical trucks offsite in two locations but we are STILL offering the full menu AT THE SHACK today (so if you pull in to our shop and don't see the truck - don't worry, just head inside and order there!)

OPEN AGAIN WITHOUT POWER TODAY 3-6PM WITH ONE MORE POWER OUTAGE SPECIAL, FOOD TRUCK OPEN, AND A THANK YOU TO ALL!!

Yesterday, our community SHOWED UP!!! We had SOOO many people come in and buy crabs, visit the food truck, and stock up on other seafood items from our shop - BUT beyond that we had people bring food to our hot and tired staff, we had people refuse discounts and pay full price just to help, we had people offer to bring us supplies that we were lacking, we had people stuck on lengthy detours who still showed up for their orders, and we felt our overall sense of community so strongly!!!

We were able to get rid of the large majority of our live crabs (the most challenging things to keep happy/alive) and also a lot of other refrigerated and frozen inventory that we did not have the space to continue to store on our limited generator power.

HOWEVER, we do still have several more bushels of crabs that MUST GO TODAY. And we are opening the food truck to move more product too (since our food truck events got canceled).

WE WILL BE CLOSED THE NEXT TWO DAYS TO REGROUP AND GET READY FOR THE NEXT LOAD OF CRABS TO ARRIVE ON THURSDAY
..AND HOPEFULLLY BY THEN OUR POWER WILL BE BACK FOR BUSINESS AS USUAL!!

POWER IS OUT BUT THE CRABS MUST GO ON!

IMPORTANT UPDATE & patience needed - unfortunately we have been without power since the storm yesterday. We have a few generators running essential equipment but we will be operating with very limited capabilities. We have lots of pre-orders and lots more crabs to sell that will not last another day.

So to our customer’s who already ordered for today - PLEASE keep your orders if you can!!

And for those who support us and have not ordered yet, PLEASE consider buying blue crabs, specialty seafood items, or food truck items today!!

Our small family staff will be working hard in the heat with limited resources so show them some love and spread the word that we will remain OPEN today!

We also have lots of pre-steamed crabs we will let go at a BIG discount due to many cancellations today.
