On SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY, I would normally pump up BABYCAKES but I’ve been in this game a long time and as we all know I’m obsessed with BABYCAKES, I am also obsessed with a 16 year old business owner named KAM CARBONNEAU with Kam’s Cookies located in Cobb Island. Not only is she beyond talented with her decorating skillls, her cookies taste AMAZING! I pride myself on both factors with BABYCAKES and I swear she reminds me of ME!! Therefore I’m asking you all to go check her page out, like it, share it, ORDER HER COOKIES (n now hot cocoa bombs) n SPREAD THE WORD cause she’s killin it n she’s definitely going to be super successful if she continues her business as she is right now.

So I’ve put a lot of thought into other folks Christmas holiday’s over the years and this years seems particularly hard for so many due to COVID n some not working. I think of the kids first and foremost, SANTA doesn’t get to have COVID, he makes everything special in the eyes of all kids. We are fortunate enough to be essential employees and continued working (with the small window of Richard not, we didn’t get unemployment for his time off, we didn’t get the stimulus check, we didn’t get anything extra for being essential just like the majority of the rest of the essential folks didn’t) thankfully, we are fortunate enough to continue on and provide for our family n friends. It breaks my heart to know that some families (near us or unknown) are not so fortunate, and those kids won’t have that special day on Christmas.
So with that being said, I’m not a sit around n talk about it, I’m a let’s make a difference kind of girl. I’ve decided that from December 1 until December 23 ALL BABYCAKES ORDERS will be paid by gift card. Don’t pay me cash, get a gift card to Walmart, Target, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Outback, wherever families can use them. I’ll volunteer my time, all supplies, and bake delicious drops of heaven in exchange for gifts to be handed out to the less fortunate the week of Christmas.
I have always charged the following rates for my cupcakes $35 per dozen, $45 loaded (alcohol). You will pay in a gift card n I’ll distribute all cards the week of Christmas. It may not provide a lot but it will provide something and to those in need something small is better than nothing.
So place your orders now and help provide a Christmas to those less fortunate than you ❤️

Ps... I’m trusting that each n every person will give a true n honest USEABLE gift card. Your the one who had to lay your head down at night knowing if you did the right thing or not. I just have to trust everyone will do right.

My baking honestly started 26 years back with Halloween cupcakes for my daughters daycare! I couldn’t afford to buy them back then so I whipped up myself n looky looky here what happened!!! Been rolling out BABYCAKES EVER SINCE!

I hope everyone had a great and memorable Memorial Day Weekend! I know the days are running together for most and we’re all about ready to bust loose, but in time!!! For now I am offering the following flavors this week:::::

*Reese cup
*S’mores
*Orange crush
*Coconut custard
*Very berry blueberry (lemon frosting or white fluff)
*Tuxedo (closest you’ll see to a chocolate/vanilla set up that we offer!!) you choose chocolate/vanilla cake, it’s filled with the opposite mouse n frosted with opposite frosting as the cake choice!

Any of our BABYCAKES can be loaded if you choose. If you have a flavor in mind that you don’t see listed, just let me know and I’ll whip it up for ya!!!
As always prices remain the same as day 1 $35 per dozen, $45 per dozen loaded. Flavors are per dozen unless you order multiple dozens then we can do variety.
If you’d rather take part in an auction for a chance to win BABYCAKES at $10 per dozen, I will be holding an auction TOMORROW, THURSDAY 5/28 (normally around 8pm they start). Auctions are through PayPal or debt/credit card n the auction is done with Random. Org, so there’s no question about what number is chosen!!

You can text, message or call me to place your orders. We are delivering free of charge within 20 miles of Mechanicsville. Outside of the 20 miles we will charge a small delivery fee or we can schedule to meet inside the 20 miles!!

So I have an idea and wanted to see what people think!!!!
I get asked about variety packs all the time, because I very rarely make extras and ALL my BABYCAKES are sold freshly baked the same day, per order, therefore no extras! So I thought this week I would make a few variety dozens BUT..... here it is!
AUCTION off 2 dozen at a time for $10 a spot. ($35-$45 per dozen is the normal cost per dozen)...I’ll do 10-15 “spots” (numbers and you choose your own number(s) n I will have Kinsli pick a number out of a hat n that’s who wins??? You’d have to be within 15 miles of Mechanicsville to deliver them to you or we could make other arrangements with a delivery fee ???

Hey everyone! We are now taking orders for Tuesday May 19... I will only be delivering Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY next week. I will be closed Thursday through Monday for the Memorial day holiday...
Please keep in mind, I only deliver within 20 miles of Mechanicsville. I can sometimes make arrangements but there will be an additional delivery fee added.

I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day 💖 I sure did and took a couple of days off which was nice!!!

I told you someone was going to get FREE BABYCAKES and I just want everyone to know I did cupcakes for a nurse who doesn’t want to named, but you guys she works at St. Mary’s Hospital n has actually helped ME before when I was having breathing issues last year 💜 you just never know when these things will become important and I didnt even know it was her until I delivered them 💖💖 I love it! Always pay it forward people!!
