In the early days we became known for the "Jasper" dog and later...until present...our incredible gourmet hamburgers. Jaspers was located

in historic downtown Medford until the early 80's when we relocated to our present location...Today Jaspers specializes in gourmet hamburgers, hot dogs and sandwiches...our ground beef is delivered fresh daily, never frozen.
