Each spring, we cultivate a variety of salad greens, which are sold at the restaurant to raise funds for the garden. Your participation helps keep this enriching program thriving.
By engaging schoolchildren in growing, studying, and consuming their own food, Seed to Plate fosters a lasting connection between children and their food. This program teaches them about the origins of food and the resources needed to grow it, promoting healthy eating habits and a lifelong appreciation for fresh produce.
