What's better than celebrating a milestone birthday? Celebrating TWO milestone birthdays for a couple of awesome men. We honored them Luau style with Hawaiian pulled chicken sliders pineapple ginger bbq, sweet & sour meatballs, spring rolls, hand breaded coconut shrimp w/ a mango sauce, shrimp cocktail, and fresh fruit w/ a lemon orange honey dressing. 🤩
Fried foods cooked on site for extra fresh crisp!
As always I like to deliver fun foods with flair for your parties. Keep HK in mind for your summer time shindigs.

Homemade hummus, Rotisserie chicken, swiss, cucumber, peppers, celery, carrots, sriracha wrapped in a toasted tortilla with Himalayan salt garlic herb season. 😋

I had fun with this Gymna-Stitch 🤸‍♀️🌺 Luau!
My wonderful husband even joined in with his artistic skills. Pumpkins aren't the only fun fruit to carve. 😁
Hawaiian pulled pork dressed with a homeade, tangy, pineapple Bbq.
*Pig from Keller Meats , so you know it's good.*
Chicken (also from Kellers) skewers marinated in an Asian dressing. Paired with a sweet chili peanut sauce.
Mini crispy egg rolls. Nuff said. 😉
This Pupu platter has many sauces including homeade sweet & sour.
Finished off w/ the sweets, berry jello topped with vanilla pudding, golden oreo crumbles and *jumping fish.
Can't forget candy kabobs! 😋
Also as a signature touch, are the added decorations to give the food some flare. 😊

Holy KOW, what does she put in those spring rolls?

Well, since I'm in my FILLings right now, let me share it with ya...

All spring rolls are made with Keller Meats ground pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions (veggies either from my garden or local farms when available) vermicelli rice noodles and then seasoned to perfection. This is how I roll. 😉 If you're not a pork eater, I often used turkey, chicken or even shrimp. All excellent substitutions.

I love to support local farms and small businesses. Not only does it benefit your health but also keeps Mo ($) flow within our community.

I'm so grateful for my favorite soul sister asking me to help relieve her of one of the biggest jobs in party planning, the GRUB! Especially for our kid's parties, there's so much work involved, Holy KOW! It takes a village. I'm happy to take your burden as my joyful quest and deliver the goodies with a personal touch.

Menu: Ribs falling off the bone, juicy chicken, homeade BBQ, salad & fruits (garden fresh) roasted garden veggie medley, aaaaanndd hand cut fries!! Then to sweeten the day, an icecream bar! 🍦🍨

Seems I've spent a lot of time at bars this week...taco bar, icecream bar...no regrets!! (Maybe just a few calories 😅)

Let's Taco Bout how awesome Jodway Heating & Cooling is...celebrating 3 of their employees birthdays with a fiesta of delicious goodies. You can tell how great a business is by the way they treat their employees.

We have some elote dip, queso blanco, carnitas, taco beef, corn chips, salsa w/ garden tomatoes, spanish rice, black beans and the very popular cilantro crema. All homemade by yours truly.

Some of my favorite statements from today:
"Wow, this is way better than chipoltle." He said it, not me! 👐
"I'm so full but I can't stop eating, it's so good." Same girl, same. 😅
"I love the festive decor." My pleasure!

I love to add a personal fun touch when ever possible. I'd also be happy to offer this bonus on a grander scale. My plan is to customize to your wishes. 😁
