A quick update from Friendly Toast Cafe 2!

For the summer months, we will be putting our Friday Night Fish Fry on pause. Unfortunately, business slowed down quickly heading into summer, and right now we'd rather spend those Friday evenings making memories with our families and kids.

Don't worry though—we have some fun family nights, kids events, and other special activities in the works, so stay tuned!

🌮🥞 Move over, boring breakfast. There’s a new taco in town.

Our Sweet & Savory Breakfast Tacos are here and they’re causing a little breakfast controversy… because nobody can decide if they’re pancakes or tacos. 😏

Two fluffy silver dollar pancakes folded taco-style, stuffed with scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham. Finished with our sweet bacon syrup and served with a side.

Basically, if a pancake and a breakfast sandwich had a baby… this would be it.

Come hungry. Leave happy. And maybe order an extra one “for the road.” 🤷‍♀️

A little late getting this video put together, but we couldn't let this one go by without saying THANK YOU! ❤️🥞

Thursday night's Pancakes & Pajamas Family Night was everything we hoped it would be and more. We had a room full of laughter, some friendly competition, a whole lot of pancakes, and families making memories together. Seeing the kids get excited, work together, and have fun was exactly why we wanted to do this in the first place.

For our very first family night, there were definitely a few things we learned along the way, but that's part of the fun. We appreciate every single family that came out, supported us, and helped make the night such a success.

A special thank you to all of our little participants who brought the energy, the excitement, and of course the pajamas! You all made the night one to remember.

This was our first family event, but it definitely won't be our last. We already have ideas brewing for more after-hours family nights, kids activities, and community events, so stay tuned because we're just getting started.

At Friendly Toast Cafe, we're more than just breakfast and lunch. We're a family, and nights like this remind us exactly why we love what we do.
