Good Morning, time to start the day with some Pure Energy!
Mushroom Parmesan, Eggs, Apple, Macadamia nuts, Avocado topped with Pumpkin seeds, Olives , Tomato, and Mate'
I do wish i had carrots that would keep you fuller for longer so if you try this add carrots for hours of Pure Energy !

Shabbas when the power goes out
Rings of potatoes, ginger, rosemary, garlic. Meat balls on the potatoes. And sweet potatoes on top of the meat. Cover and do not stir!
And i even had time to make a stirfry. Onion, garlic saute in oilve oil. Once caramalized i added carrots, soy sauce and honey. Saute . Then add cauliflower, zucchini, oregano, parsley, curry, peper.

Refreshing, energizing salad.

Pepper
Tomato
Olive
Celery
This would've gone great with a balsamic vinaigrette. I kept it simple with olive oil , lemon and salt . Beyond delicious and surprisingly filling
