Jai joined the crew when we made the move out East, and she’s been holding it down ever since!

When it comes to what’s good on the menu, she can’t just pick one. She’s torn between our gumbo and the stewed collards. And when both options are that good, we can’t really blame her.

Next time you’re in, take Jai’s advice, order something good, and show our girl some love! 👏🏻

STAFF SPOTLIGHT: DJ 🔥

DJ has been holding it down in the kitchen with us for almost 8 years, and when someone who’s been cooking our food that long tells you what to order, you listen.

His pick? The rotating Fish Dish. And this week, the kitchen is showing off a little.

Pan seared salmon served over crawfish cornbread & topped with fumet blanc. That’s fancy French talk for a buttery white w**e sauce. 😉
