Born and raised in Memphis, he brings over 18 years of bartending experience and a passion for hospitality into every cocktail he creates. Thoughtful, intentional, and story-driven — Tony has helped shape a bar program that reflects both innovation and heritage.

Join us for Cocktail Dinner — a one-night-only four course dining experience featuring curated cocktail pairings by Tony Nguyen. Thoughtfully designed pairings, bold flavors, and an immersive night centered around hospitality and cocktail culture.

Reservations go live tonight at 5PM.
