Repost Thank You! 😊. *****Vendor SPOTLIGHT***** I am thrilled to shine the spotlight on the “heart and soul” behind EMJ Grill On Wheels. EMJ Grill On Wheels is a premier mobile culinary experience proudly operated by a dedicated father-and-daughter duo, bringing a diverse and expertly crafted menu straight to your neighborhood. Every dish is a celebration of flavor and texture, from their crisp, golden-fried hot wings tossed in vibrant, fiery sauces to their sizzling, hand-pressed gourmet burgers bursting with savory juices. The heart of their kitchen shines through in their authentic soul food, featuring rich, slow-simmered flavors and velvety mac and cheese, alongside zesty tacos and flaky, golden brown fish fried to an impeccable, shatteringly crisp finish. Capping off the experience with a selection of decadent, scratch-made sweets that deliver a nostalgic, comforting embrace. EMJ Grill On Wheels pairs exceptional, multi-sensory hospitality with the unforgettable warmth of family tradition. Maya and her dad will be serving some of their flavorful, freshly made, delicious food at the “ Celebrating the Culture” Pop-Up Shop June 13th 11a - 4p. Thanks for participating! It’s a pleasure having you on board!
