🎼🍽✨We’re honored to share that Felicia Suzanne's has been selected as one of only three restaurants statewide to be featured in Sound Bites, a brand-new campaign from the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development.
Sound Bites invites visitors to experience Tennessee cuisine in an entirely new way — pairing two of our state’s most treasured traditions: food and music. Rooted in the science of “sonic seasoning,” the campaign explores how tempo, pitch, and instrumentation can actually influence how we perceive flavor — turning a meal into a fully immersive sensory experience.
Representing West Tennessee, Chef Felicia Willett of Felicia Suzanne’s collaborated with an incredible lineup of Memphis music legends and artists, including , , , & — celebrating the bold flavors and unmistakable sounds of Memphis.
The song created for this collaboration is powerful, gritty, and unapologetically Memphis. It hits hard, carries soul, and perfectly matches the depth and intensity of the dish — creating a vibe that’s electric from the first note to the last bite.
