OUR THANKSGIVING MENU IS HERE, Y’ALL! 🦃🥧🍂

Thanksgiving will be here before we know it, which means it’s officially time to start planning for every food lover’s favorite holiday… the one day overeating is practically part of the tradition 😋

Whether you’re hosting the whole crew, bringing a dish to share, or just trying to keep yourself out of the kitchen all day, we’re here to help make things a little easier. This year’s menu is packed with scratch-made favorites — breakfast pastries, cranberry brie bites, cornbread dressing, roasted vegetables, casseroles, bread pudding and, of course, plenty of pies. 🥰

You handle the turkey… we’ll help with the rest. 😉

Orders are due Saturday, November 14, with pickup Wednesday, November 25 from 10:00am–2:00pm.

Give us a call, stop by the shop, or message us on Facebook or Instagram to place your order. We’re already looking forward to cooking for y’all this Thanksgiving! ☺️🌿

Maia’s back, y’all! 🥰☕️ After a short but well-deserved break, your OG barista is back on bar — and for some of our regulars, ordering coffee is as simple as walking through the door. 😂 She already knows.

We’ve also got a little Wednesday road trip planned! Later this afternoon, we’re headed to West Bear Creek in Junction with king ranch casseroles, chicken enchiladas, beef enchiladas, s’mores bread pudding, caramel pecan bread pudding and Texas sheet cakes. Easy meals and desserts to have on hand during a busy fall week 🚗🌿

Last but not least… our Thanksgiving menu is dropping this week! 🦃🍂 Keep an eye out, y’all!

Y’all came hungry this morning! 😂🥐☕️

We have been slammed. Thank you to everyone who’s stopped in and kept us moving! Not to worry though if you’re still starting your Saturday morning — we came prepared and still have pastries, coffee and plenty of delicious desserts left to enjoy! 🥰

For round two, TXSK soft pretzels and pretzel bites will be at the Menard Station tonight for their official B**r Garden opening from 5pm–11pm. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday evening if you ask us! 😊🍺🥨

Breakfast, sweets, pretzels… Saturday understood the assignment! Eat well, support local and have a great weekend, y’all 💖🌿

Y’all, we got a special order for cheesecake… so naturally, we made enough to share 😉🍰

Creamy, dreamy, and dangerously easy to keep eating, our signature vanilla cheesecake has a hint of citrus and a buttery graham cracker crust. Just the kind of decadence and comfort a fall day calls for. 🥰

Okay, y’all! We need a vote today to help settle a classic debate. Does pie count as breakfast? 😋🥧

Whether you believe in dessert first or a sweet reward after a hard day’s work, today we’re enjoying slices of Coconut Cream Pie! 🥥✨ Coconut custard baked in our housemade flaky, buttery pie crust, finished with sweet whipped cream and toasted coconut. Simple, classic, and very hard to pass up 😍

Of course, balance is still key! Our breakfast bagel sandwiches are here too, made with a toasted everything bagel, cream cheese spread, farm fresh scrambled eggs, garden grown tomatoes, red onion, and arugula. 🥯🌿

Order of operations is entirely up to y’all… bagel first, pie second, or pie first and call it breakfast!

TXSK Bavarian-style pretzels and pretzel bites are available at the The Menard Station for Monarch Fest, organized by Bird City Menard and Beautification of Menard 🥰🦋🧡

The monarchs are making their way through Texas, so Menard is giving them a proper little welcome! Enjoy the festival, learn a bit about these amazing travelers, support the local groups helping care for their habitat, and spend some time out in the community!

Happy Friday, y’all! ☺️🍂

Rain and cooler weather means a whole lot of fall feeling around TXSK today! Days like this call for hot coffee, something fresh from the bakery, and taking time to enjoy the seasonal change. 😉☕️

We decided this cold front was the perfect excuse to go all in on one of our favorite fall flavors — pumpkin!
🎃😍 Pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies, mini pumpkin pies, pumpkin cinnamon swirl loaf, pumpkin-scored sourdough, and pumpkin spice lattes are all making an appearance!

First mini pumpkin pies of the season, y’all! 😍🎃

Pumpkin has earned its place as the ultimate fall pie. Our pumpkin custard is made with a warm blend of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and allspice, then baked in our shortbread pastry crust. 😋🥧

We made them mini to keep portions in check, because let’s be honest… if this pie came by the slice, would you stop at just one? 😂

Wednesday specials? Yes, please! ☺️

We know you missed them… Andrew and Melissa Burnard sausage rolls are back starting this week 😉 Your choice of classic pork or beef and cheddar. These flaky pastries make for the perfect quick, protein-packed breakfast ✨

Today only, we also have fresh pumpernickel bread 🍞🤎 If you’re new to pumpernickel, it’s known for its deep, earthy flavor, hearty texture, and excellent keeping quality. It’s wonderful toasted with butter or piled high with sandwich fixings, especially turkey or ham. Simple ingredients transformed into delicious bread. You simply can’t go wrong 🥰

Last but not least, our fried rice will be making its way to the cooler later today! Stir-fried vegetables, jasmine rice, and a little sweet chili sauce on top. It’s a classic comfort meal 😌
