An evening to remember.
This past weekend, we gathered at the Bocce Court at Rosewood Sand Hill for the Rhys Winemaker’s Dinner—a golden hour celebration of wine, food, and connection.
Set against the Santa Cruz Mountains, the evening unfolded in perfect light. Guests were welcomed with a curated selection of Rhys wines, guided by winemaker Jeff Brinkman, whose thoughtful insights brought each vintage to life.
Dinner was a multi-course prix-fixe menu by Chef Nathan Carter and Executive Chef Roman Petry, with each dish thoughtfully paired to highlight the nuances of the wines. As the sun set, conversations lingered and the atmosphere deepened into something truly special.
