No plans are set for tomorrow and Sunday? How would you like to try a new breakfast spot on Mercer Island and indulge in some wonderful pancakes, Vietnamese coffee and house made cold brew?
Following a successful soft opening launch last weekend, we will be repeating the exercise this weekend from 9am to 3pm to fine-tune our operations.

Today marks the day of our first soft opening weekend. We are open from 9am to 3pm today and tomorrow, offering breakfast and brunch options on the island along side with Bai Tong on Wheels as the premium options on the island.
Notably, we have introduced Vietnamese coffee to our menu, enhancing your drinks and breakfast experience.
