Private dinners are some of our favorite events because they give us the opportunity to collaborate closely with each client, crafting a bespoke multi-course Chef’s tasting menu that’s thoughtfully designed around their vision and their guests. Every course is intentionally curated to create an unforgettable dining experience.

For this particular evening, every dish beyond the Caprese Board and Charcuterie was thoughtfully prepared to be entirely gluten-free and dairy-free, showcasing that dietary accommodations never have to come at the expense of creativity or flavor. And the Mullica River landscape was, chefs kiss!

Showcasing some fabulous local flavors- a Hammonton market staple, Baglianis Food Market with their house-made Sausage and Raspberry Sorbet helped round out 2 courses. Adding a summer must have, Jersey White Corn, from Duffield's Farm to our individual Seafood Boil Buckets and Sweet Corn Puree for our Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes!

Incorporating dairy free and gluten free ingredients without sacrificing taste or texture was as equally inspiring as it was rewarding. We are so thankful to Nola and her family for welcoming us to their home and allowing us to create a beautiful dining experience to celebrate a wonderful occasion.
We are already looking forward to our next event together!

Thyme Kitchen & Catering is in HIGH demand tomorrow! Unfortunately, all our top tier employees are at three catering events across South Jersey tomorrow, so Merchantville is closed! Hallowed Grounds Coffee Co. remains open 7-3pm!

You want to come by on Sunday anyway- when we launch our third season of our Jersey Shrimp & Grits! Loaded with Jersey White Corn, Kale, Jersey Tomatoes Cheesy Grits and Shrimp! 🍤 🍅🌽🥬 We can’t wait to serve you then!
