From July 15–18, enjoy a three-course dining experience for $55, featuring a selection of seasonal dishes.
Choose from starters like Sea Urchin Vichyssoise, Fluke Crudo, or Foie Gras Torchon, followed by entrées including Black Angus NY Strip, Coho Salmon, or Green Circle Heritage Chicken. Finish your evening with one of three house-made desserts.

We’re incredibly honored to share some exciting news!

🏆 Restaurant 1793 has been named Best Tasting Menu in SJMag and to top it off, our photo was selected for the cover of this month’s issue!

To be featured alongside so many amazing local businesses is an honor. To have our restaurant represent the cover is something we’ll never forget.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has dined with us, supported us, shared our story, and believed in what we’re building. Every plate we serve is a reflection of our passion, and we’re grateful that so many of you have become part of that journey.
