We only served the basics... daily lunches cooked by the late MawMaw Bea, burgers, a few po-boys, french fries, & boiled crawfish basically. & only had a few picnic tables outside for seating. As the years went on & business got busier we added a few more things to our menu & added on a sit in dining area to the building. As time went on & we started getting a bigger customer list we got a bigger
building to fit all our customers. Then here we are 25 years later with LOTS more food on our menu, seating inside & outside, & a full bar!! We have no one to thank for our growth & success but our loyal customers. Without y'all referring us to out of towners, bringing your own family, friends, or co-workers, & y'all just continuing to come back day after day, week after week, & year after year we wouldn't still be here. So, we, the C'est Bon crew would like to sincerely thank y'all for the support. When some one hears C'est Bon they immediately speak of our good food, the best boiled seafood around, & the COLDEST beer you can put to your lips!! We serve breakfast items everyday from 6:00 am til 10:30 am which consists of biscuits, sandwiches, plates, etc. Monday through Friday we serve plate lunches that differ from day to day & week to week. Also at lunch & night time we serve fried seafood dinners, crawfish etouffee, gumbo, po-boys, sandwiches, burgers, salads, side orders, & desserts. Wednesday through Saturdays from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm we serve boiled crawfish (in season), boiled blue point crabs (in season), boiled shrimp (year round), boiled dunguness crabs (year round), & boiled king crab legs (year round).
