Join us at 7 PM on October 12 for a celebration of life in honor of Bill Carlo, following the formal ceremonies. We will gather at Off The Brook (formerly known as Left Coast Kitchen), located at 1810 Merrick Rd., Merrick. Alisha, the owner, has graciously allowed us to use the space where we didn’t just work, but became family.

Family, friends, former staff, and “LCK regulars” will be in attendance. Come share stories, raise a glass, and remember Bill with us.

To say that the outpouring of love we received after a 10 year existence based around food and drink has been uplifting, would be an understatement. The Left Coast Family wants to thanks all of you who took the time to eat, drink, laugh and spend locally. We also made quite a few industry friends. Folks who work hard like us, love their community and support each other behind the scenes. We have named a few here, but if any were missed, we see you..... please take a day,night or snack to support our south shore eateries, drinkeries and Cupcakery’s......and of Chef Chris or Heather are in there, say hi!
Joe at has always been friend of lck...
Steve at is a remarkable chef and friend
Danny at has our families favorite Chinese food!
Chris and Travis at only feed the Randell’s like 5 meals a week....
George at has only had his staff at lck EVERY SINGLE New a years Day since we started breakfast...
The entire crew at has delivered beer, ice and soda at the drop of a hat....
I’ve had a lot of conversations with Anthony at and I’m pretty certain he’s going to make lots of my neighbors happy...

And last but not least is Tony and Sam at . Partners in crime and success, they are solely responsible for 50% of every teenagers diet at Kennedy High School....

So remember, if you are going to spend, spend locally. Us restaurant folks know that this pandemic has hit everyone hard, so your dollars are appreciated more than you know.....

If your day has been especially hard, well Boris at will be your very best friend.... I know he’s been mine from time to time...

After 10 years, we are saying goodbye to our wonderful restaurant,
Left Coast Kitchen.

This is a celebration....of a one of a kind place. A celebration of bringing a dream to life. A celebration of showing Long Island what chef driven, seasonal food and craft cocktails taste like. A celebration of giving the South Shore a “Cheers” type atmosphere to enjoy in real life.

Special thanks goes to a decade of incredible Staff and Guests.

Kids who never worked in a restaurant left LCK as adults with serious food and beverage knowledge. Cooks with limited experience will continue careers as future Chefs. Neighbors became regulars who became family. We laughed, we cried, we hustled and we made a lot of people happy. We are so thankful for everyone who believed in us and helped us succeed. We love you and appreciate you.

We are sad yet inspired by the endless possibilities. As this chapter closes we have our eyes set on the future. We will be cooking up some new things so stayed tuned....
