We are beyond excited to announce the opening of The Dining Room at Lassen's Resort, featuring us!....The Culinary Artists of ReMix Catering & Events!

Starting tomorrow, we'll be serving up elevated comfort food, handcrafted favorites, and some of the most beautiful lake views in Northwest Indiana. Whether you're joining us for lunch, dinner, appetizers with friends, or simply to watch the sunset over Cedar Lake, we can't wait to welcome you.

Full bar, good drinks, chaos, entertainment, and honestly a pretty fun night out!

We are so proud to be a part of this incredible season at The Museum at Lassen’s Resort. ✨

There’s something really special happening in Cedar Lake right now! Preserving history, celebrating community, and creating experiences people will remember. We’re honored that ReMix Catering & Events gets to play a small role in it all.

Join us tomorrow evening as the museum celebrates the 105th Anniversary of Lassen’s Resort Hotel and unveils new exhibits for the 2026 season. It’s going to be a beautiful night on the lake. 🌅

We’ll be there serving up some delicious bites and soaking in the magic with everyone else. ❤️
