After our annual ferie—a cherished Italian tradition of taking a short pause to rest, recharge, and spend time with family—we’re back in the kitchen doing what we love most: cooking for our amici.

🇺🇸 From our family to yours… Happy 250th Birthday, America. ❤️🤍💙

As our sauce slowly simmers this morning, we’re reminded that the best things in life take time—family, friendships, traditions, and the meals that bring us all together.

This Independence Day, we’re grateful for this country, for the opportunity to own a small family business, and for a community like Metuchen that has welcomed us home with open arms. We truly believe we’re exactly where we’re meant to be.

We’re excited for everything the rest of the summer has in store and can’t wait to welcome all of our amici back when we reopen on Tuesday, July 7. Whether it’s a backyard barbecue, family party, kids’ get-together, team celebration, or a summer sleepover, let us do the cooking. Because let’s be honest… nothing brings everyone together quite like pizza during an overnight with friends. 🍕❤️

One thing that surprised us this past week was meeting a few people who didn’t realize Dario and our family have been back since March 2025.
