Tamale Inn Tamale Inn was established in 1979 by Mary and Luis B. Chapa. Tamale Inn specializes in authentic Mexican food as well as more modern Tex Mex fare.

Our drink menu includes soft drinks, both sweet and unsweet tea and coffee.

Yep! We found it! The original Tamale Inn tamale recipe! So we will be selling tamales by the dozen for New Years Eve. They will be pork because Mama Chapa always said a real tamale is a pork tamale. 12.00 per dozen and we will be selling our famous sauces for 10.00 per jar. I will be making chicken enchiladas and jars of sauce that will be ready on the 23rd at 5pm. Enchiladas are sold by the dozen for $30 and come topped with sour cream sauce, shredded cheddar cheese and pickled jalapenos.

If anyone missed out on Tamale Inn/ Mary Chapa's FAMOUS CHICKEN ENCHILADAS this past weekend or if you enjoyed them so much that you would like to order again, I will be making them again this Sunday. Please message me here or text me at (254)292-3336.
If you text me then please include your first and last name with your order. Enchiladas are sold by the dozen and are topped with sour cream sauce, shredded cheddar cheese and pickled jalapenos.
