Gyudon (Japanese Beef Bowl) is traditionally a comfort food, and can be found in many restaurants in Japan, with some fast food chains specializing exclusively in the dish. Our version of Gyudon is a bit more complex than most you’ll find. Ours contains Wagyu Beef Cheeks that have been cooked for over 12 hours, caramelized shallots and beautiful chanterelle mushrooms.

It’s a new month, and that means new reservations are available on Tock! This month, we released all reservations for October and November. If you look, you will notice that for a few weeks our availability is limited and the dining times have changed. That’s because Chefs Pedro and Katherine are expecting their first child during this time! Don’t worry though, Kojin will keep operating as normal as possible, and any changes to your reservation will be communicated with you in advance if necessary.
