🍪🧈 CLASSIC BUTTER COOKIES 🧈🍪
Crispy Edges • Buttery Flavor ✨
📝 Ingredients
🧈 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
🍬 ¾ cup powdered sugar
🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract
🌾 2 cups all-purpose flour
🧂 ¼ tsp salt
🥛 1–2 tbsp milk (if needed for piping consistency)
👩‍🍳 Steps
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment 🔥
2️⃣ Beat softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy 🧈🍬
3️⃣ Mix in vanilla extract 🌿
4️⃣ Add flour and salt, mixing until smooth dough forms 🌾
5️⃣ Add 1–2 tbsp milk only if dough is too thick for piping 🥛
6️⃣ Transfer dough to piping bag with star tip ✨
7️⃣ Pipe desired shapes onto baking sheet (leave space between)
8️⃣ Chill piped cookies 15–20 minutes for best shape ❄️
9️⃣ Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden
🔟 Cool completely before serving or decorating 🍪
1️⃣1️⃣ Optional: Dip half in melted chocolate or sprinkle sugar on top
