Big things come in small packages... and even smaller kitchens!
Take a look behind the scenes at the Ritz Klub Tavern kitchen. It’s tight, it’s cozy but gets congested, and it’s where a lot of hard work happens every single day.
We wanted to take a moment to give a massive shoutout to our current incredible kitchen staff. What they lack in square footage, they more than make up for in pure hustle, heart, and talent. Day in and day out—especially during these crazy, summer months—they dance around each other in this tight space to pump out the delicious food you all love, working through busy lunch and dinner services. They are the true backbone of the Ritz Klub. So please bear with us during the Summer months. We can only move as fast as our equipment and space allows us to. With that said, because they work so hard and you all are keeping us busy, this is why we are expanding and adding a new kitchen 3x the size in the Fall. So if we are slammed, understand it might take longer to get your orders out. Trust that they don’t stop moving and always want the best for our patrons! Cheers to the continual busyness and bearing with us during this busy summer season. See you at the Ritz!
