About the Tailer:
It’s a 6x12 trailer with a building built onto it. The tires are newer and there is a spare. When purchased in 2022, we replaced the entire roof, and picket fence, as well as replacing a few rotten boards. The entire building was repainted, new shelves built, and the counter and cabinets were replaced. We added another electoral outlet inside, and now have a very long extension cord to run the entire shack off of. I ran fans in the summer and mini heaters in the colder months when using it and it was wonderful to have during all the crazy New England weather. It gets a lot of attention, especially when it’s decorated to the 9’s.

I would like to sell the entire trailer and all of my bakery stuff included together as almost a turn key business. I’m also willing to share my recipes with the sale if wanted.

I’m asking $10k for everything as a package, but am also willing to do partial cash partial trade. I’m looking for a small towable camper if that’s anything anyone has.

Picture of most of the baking stuff included, but I’m still finding things as I finish cleaning out.

I underestimated the interest I would receive on my last post about selling off Bakery items so I have taken the post down.

There were a lot of additional questions in regards to other things that I might have, so instead of answering everyone individually, I will post here again, once I have everything priced, labeled, photographed, and boxed up.

I initially was not going to sell my concession trailer, but now will need to. I would like to be able to offer an almost turn key set up if someone was interested in buying everything but will also parcel out if need be.

Thank you again for your continued support and love while I begin this new chapter of my life. Selling off these items will allow me to really take my time when selecting my new career path and not rush into something just to be able to pay the bills.

It is with a very heavy heart that I announce the permanent closure of Sweet-E’s.

I began this venture 17 years ago on my sons 1st birthday. He was having a Jungle theme party and I wanted to get him the fanciest cake ever to match the theme. What can I say, he was my first child…and I was 23. Turns out I couldn’t afford the fancy cake. Hell I couldn’t afford the basic cake. I was going to have to make it myself. I ended up buying a lion head shaped pan by Wilton and followed the star tip instructions. The frosting was from a can, the cake; a box. But I did it.

I got braver, and started baking from scratch. Cakes, cookies, candies. You name it, I was making it. I never took a class, or attended culinary school, but did attend YOUTUBE university whenever I needed to learn a new skill 😉. Friends and family soon began asking me to make them things, and then came the word of mouth referrals. By the spring of 2022 I was booked multiple times a week with orders and decided to buy a food trailer. I began vending at least once a week at a market and/or special events. It was a dream come true.

Then I contracted COVID.

As many know I lost my sense of taste and smell after getting COVID in September of 2022. A few months later when I started getting some smell and tast back, so many things were wrong. Citrus smell and taste of chemicals/car exhaust, berries like flowers (ok to smell not the yummiest to taste), and chocolate, coffee, and most nuts…like 💩. And that’s just a small sampling of the smell/taste oddities. It has made it nearly impossible to not just bake and cook but eat. I had hoped that when/if my smell/taste returned to normal I could return to baking (it’s been a year), however with some new medical difficulties popping up and upon the advice of multiple medical professionals, if I wish to be able to bake even as a hobby in the future, I need to stop doing it as a business ASAP. So that’s that.

I will be selling off much of my baking business items so if you or someone you know is looking for anything please let me know.

Over the past 17 years I have made so many amazing cakes for countless occasions. Thank you for being a part of my journey. Thank you for supporting my many ventures. And thank you for allowing me to share in your special days. It’s been an honor and a privilege.

Hello my friends, I wanted to give you an update on myself and Sweet- E’s. In September of 2022, my children and I got COVID-19. While we all recovered relatively quickly for the most part, I was unfortunate enough to be amongst the 7% of people who develop Parosmia after COVID.

With Parosmia, things that normally have a pleasant smell (or no smell) suddenly smell bad, chemically, or rotten, while other things have no smell at all. This has impacted me and my ability to bake incredibly. For me, the smell/taste of chocolate, coffee, peanut butter, and citrus are all overwhelmingly DISGUSTING, and I can no longer smell things such as cream or milk to see if they’re still fresh.

As you can imagine, this has made baking for me nearly impossible. Getting Covid-19 was one of my biggest fears, as I knew if I lost taste and smell it would alter my life dramatically.

So here we are, more than 6 months in, with no end in site. I have been looking up new treatments and medical procedures and will be discussing them with my doctor in the near future, however for now, I will need to remain temporarily closed. If you have an order in with me, no worries, we will get it done, even if I have to wear nose plugs the entire time!

Parosmia is a distorted sense of smell. The condition happens when smell receptor cells in your nose don’t detect and transmit odors to your brain.

Some of you may know that I have a comedy cooking series on Tik Tok called BAKED! Normally I only film when I get an order, but things have been slow so in an effort to produce more content, and increase my baking skills, I’m going to start baking random dessert items and posting them for sale on here! I’ll of course have cakes and cupcakes, but want to try my hand at things such as cheese cakes, cake pops, brownies, cookies, etc. First come first serve when posted!
