On The Row Espresso | Doce Rufina by Coopama | Minas Gerais, Brazil | Natural Process

‘On The Row’ is the coffee we choose and roast with a complex, consistent shot of espresso in mind that will stand up to milk or delight on its own. Our newest iteration is Doce Rufino, a naturally processed coffee by the Coopama cooperative in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Coopama is comprised of approximately 3,600 farming families, many of whom have generations worth of coffee producing in their lineage. The landscape of southern Minas Gerais has a high elevation and a long and steady harvest cycle, resulting in a clean and consistent cup. This coffee gives us a subtle sweetness we love to experience in espresso.

We taste starfruit, lemon brûlée, and chocolate covered cherry. 🍒 🍋

We’re excited to be joining Middlebury’s new First Friday tradition! On Friday, May 1st from 5-8pm, we’ll be hosting ‘Adult Recess’ in our space. There will be delicious wine from our friends at , inspired snacks from us (think chili oil tzatziki, beef tallow butter toast…), and of course, fun people!
 
Why ‘Adult Recess’, you ask? Well, it can be hard to meet new friends as an adult in a small town..! We hope to see adults of all ages and all walks of life. Let’s foster a little community fun and make some strangers into familiar faces!
