Thank you everyone for your support; this post is long overdue, but by now we're sure you've seen the "for rent" sign in the window.

Some things just aren't meant to be; after a long wait and a lot of work we won't be opening.

Good luck to whomever rents the place, it has real potential and the town needs it.

If we can offer any advice to future tenants it's "lawyer up" and before signing a lease, have them thoroughly review it. Be prepared to "own" the property you are renting, along with any and all of its issues.

Thanks again, the village deserves fewer zombie properties, and we hope to see the place full of guests eating great food someday, soon.

The walk in cooler is fixed. The ice machine is fixed. Just gotta plumb one utility sink in the prep area.

Got the sign hung. Just have to get the walk-in and ice machine serviced and paint the ceiling and she's ready for health inspection!

If you see us in there working, pop in and take a look! We've already had a couple of curious visitors inside.

We have received several calls lately about us deciding not to open. We definitely still plan to open and have not told anyone anything different. We ask that anyone who has been telling others that we are not planning to open to please keep your incorrect thoughts to yourself.
