This is not for sale yet, but I’m excited! JALAPENO PEPPER JELLY with NO added pectin. I made it yesterday, and it appears to have set up.

This bed is amazing! It has a variety of peppers, then volunteer Sugar Baby Watermelon, and volunteer Kajari melons, along with sunflowers and volunteer Garden Huckleberry. The rain this year has made ALL the difference in the garden. 👩‍🌾

Today…Peach Syrup. It’s so good in your sparkling water, soda, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, or to flavor a cake and icing.

Today is the day for Strawberry Jam! I feel that I need to say, for those new followers, that I do not use store bought pectin…it’s just one more ingredient. So, the jams I make are basic fruit, sugar, spices (if needed), and lemon juice (if needed). They maybe thinner than store bought, but MUCH better.
