We have the following positions open
Dresser – preparing guests sandwiches and burgers
Fry cook – cooking all the fried foods we offer
Busser- helping clean our dining for the guests
Cashiers – the first to welcome our guests and take their order
Dishwasher

No experience is needed for this job making it a great first job for high school and college students.

Michael’s Charcoal Grill is looking for new members to add to our management team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who showcase leadership, diligence, attention to detail, and great work ethic!

Criteria for application
- Must be 18 years or older
- Been an employee with Michael’s charcoal grill for 6 + months OR have extensive restaurant experience including management or shift leads.
- Be available to work any night and Saturdays, as well as mornings.
- Must be efficient in many positions, being able to run the Cash register is required
- Must be able to past a simple background check
- Must have transportation with insurance

It’s not too late to get your bottle of Michael’s original Rocket Fuel BBQ sauce! We are at Market street for about 2 more hours. Come down and try some free samples of sauce and pick up a couple of bottles before they are all sold! We will be here until 4pm. Don’t miss out!

Why do we call it Rocket Fuel you ask?

Well, Michael, the jet pilot, found himself low on fuel over enemy territory, and only having a sack of ribs and a bottle of the Original Rocket Fuel BBQ Sauce. He poured half a bottle into his tank and immediately went into full afterburner! When back on base, Michael was asked why he only used half the bottle to get home. He answered, "I'd rather die behind enemy lines than live without my sauce!"

Now available at all Midland United Supermarkets, HEB and Lamesa United supermarket.

Make sure to grab a bottle before they are all gone!!
