So many places serve processed food now. From restaurants, to cafeterias and other caterers, so much of what people consume is factory made and not actually cooked, just flopped out of a tub or bag or warmed up.
I am proud to say that our food is almost fully homemade.
From the salsa, to the beans and potato salad, to the brownies, smoking our own meats and pineapple upside down cake. Even our chocolate mousse is REAL chocolate mousse with a creme anglaise. No pudding here.
We bake homemade bread, homemade pastas, homemade pizza and homemade sauces and dressings daily.
We go the extra mile to CATER to our customers and make them the homemade food they deserve.
