Some goodbyes are never easy. 💙

If you’ve been to Kafeology over the past year, you’ve probably met Shannon Aka Blue. She has been part of our story since the day we opened our doors, serving this community with kindness, consistency, and a smile.

Tomorrow is officially her last shift before she begins a new chapter in Amarillo. While we’re truly sad to see her go, we’re also incredibly excited for all that’s ahead of her. We know she’s going to do great things, and we’ll be cheering her on every step of the way.

If Blue has ever made your day a little brighter, we’d love for you to stop by tomorrow, grab a coffee, and wish her well. It would mean the world to her, and to us.

And don’t worry… this isn’t goodbye forever. She’ll be back with us for a week during the first week of September, and we can’t wait to have her behind the bar again. 💙

P.S. As you can see, this is the best picture we could get of Blue. 😂 She’s not exactly a fan of being in photos! You’ll have much better luck seeing her smile in person tomorrow!
