YOU GUYS!!!

The fence is down. We repeat the fence is down!! Clearly we are going out of order with these updates, but when something as exciting as a fence being moved comes up you change up the rules.

We could cry how beautiful this front porch is. And the thought of all the coffee and conversations and memories that will be made here?! Ugh.

We may or may not have driven by our little shop everyday since this happened just to see her beauty. It’s a GOOD day here with the SOCO family 🏡🤎

This was the day the second story started taking shape at The SOCO House—and looking back, it’s wild to think this was nearly a year ago.

What started as floor plans and big ideas was suddenly turning into walls and real structure. Seeing the second floor go up made everything feel like it was actually happening.

We’ve come a long way since this point, but this was a big one we’ll always remember.

Just a few weeks in between the last update and things were flying!

In just one month, we saw so much progress at The SOCO House—the historic external kitchen was officially added, and the paneling started going up fast.

And through it all, every detail is being done with care to honor the history of the Anderson House. We’re so excited to see this space come back to life while keeping its story alive for years to come!

Here you can see how the two pieces of the Anderson House were pieced back together—and this was just the beginning! Still to come: a whole other story, a roof, and the addition of the historic external kitchen. We can’t wait to keep sharing these milestones with you!
