I just cut the hedges last week and yard was mowed and weedeated. Yard will be maintained every 2 weeks. We are still moving a few things from the inside then I'll post pics. I redid the kitchen floor and my daughter is finishing up the last few pieces. Home has huge yard, handicapped accessible, 2 bedrooms with beds, linens, bedroom suite, front load washer and dryer, side by side fridge, stove, dishwasher, new garbage disposal we will have installed. The home has everything you'll need to start out except a kitchen table (my dad shot it 🤣🤦♀️) and groceries! House is wired for ADT if renter chooses to have it activated. Carport has storage and there is a storage building in the back. Will be ready within the next week and a half. Must complete application, reference form, and show proof of income and sign a year lease. Located within 2 miles of all 3 schools in Milan.
