Although we have moved away from Downeast Maine, our hearts have not. We followed the news daily about Tylar Michaud, and grieved for his family and the fishing community. We know that the show of support, faith, strength, and sense of community at Tylar's memorial is what brought him home. Our hearts are with you.

For those who wondered, the pizza trailer has gone to a new owner in New Hampshire, who will be doing events & catering under their own name. There is no affiliation with the Fire & Dough name.

Fire & Dough has permanently closed our oven door, and the pizza trailer has a new home in NH. Again, we can't thank you enough!

Fire & Dough has CLOSED for the season. Thank you for a very busy season! Last couple weekends wiped us out of inventory, and we've made the decision that it is too late in the season to restock. Good to see you all, stay healthy, and we'll see you in 2021!

It's almost September, and hard to believe we're heading toward the end of our season. We appreciate everyone who came out to dine with us; it's been a busy year! Our Fall schedule will start Thursday, August 27th. We will be open Thursday thru Saturday 2:00 - 6:00pm weather permitting.

As planned, we are thinking ahead to our retirement, and will be offering Fire & Dough for sale. Our hope is that someone locally will be interested in keeping the fire burning! Milbridge is an awesome place to have a business, along with support from the surrounding towns. This business is a great supplemental income, with great potential for full time income! Also want to thank Lynch Hill Farms for providing the awesome blueberries that become Blueberry Pizza! Blueberry Pizza will be available through the weekend, or as long as they last!

Last thing: we will be moving into our END of SEASON HOURS starting Thursday August 27th. We will be open 3 days a week: Thursday thru Saturday from 2:00 - 6:00pm, weather permitting, into the Fall.
