Lobsterfest

This Saturday, Trinity Episcopal Church in nearby Solebury, Pennsylvania is celebrating the 30th anniversary of their annual Lobsterfest. Inspired by it, we are making our luxurious Lobster Stew for Sunday Dinner this week. Pick a lovely rosé to drink with the meal. Local strawberries are still going strong, so sugared berries with tender shortcake biscuits and soft whipped cream are a fitting end to a delicious weekend.
