Back to our roots: Introducing Sycamore 8 Year Single Barrel Bourbon

Eight years ago, we opened our doors as Sycamore Distilling with a simple goal: bring premium, hand-crafted spirits to Ohio. A lot has changed since 2017—including our evolution into Cincinnati Distilling—but our passion for great whiskey hasn't budged.

To celebrate our 8th anniversary, we are releasing a rare bottle straight from the vault: the Sycamore 8 Year Single Barrel Bourbon.

This limited-edition release honors our original name and the community that supported us from day one. We hand-selected a single, exceptional barrel that has been aging since our earliest days. The result is a bold, deeply flavorful bourbon that perfectly marks how far we've come.
