However, our goal is to customize to your taste so if medium brings most of one bean's nuances but you prefer dark roast then we will accommodate you in every way possible. Each customer's coffee is roasted by itself so that we can keep each batch custom roasted. In addition, if you like blends as opposed to single origin coffee beans, you can develop your very own blend and we will roast it for you. Just pick out 2-4 of our coffees and we'll weigh each one out accordingly and roast them together and you have your very own coffee blend. We roast, pack and mail your beans within 24-36 hours in whole bean form unless you request that they be ground. All of our beans are single origin (which means each coffee comes from one farm only, rather than a bunch of plantations around that country that have been processed in many different ways and grown in different soil and at different times and altitudes.
