Spring has sprung here at River Drivers, and Chef Chelse Cram has been crafting some incredible dishes as we get ready to roll out our new menu in the upcoming weeks!
With it comes something new on the table, too.... we’re looking at fresh dining ware to match the experience.
Which do you like better: white or blue?
- Falafel pita with tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onion, and tahini. Served with couscous salad with mango, reconstituted golden raisins, and fresh radishes.
- Chicken & waffles - cornflake fried chicken breast, fluffy house waffles, homemade pickles, and a hot honey butter drizzle.
- Sufferin’ Succotash - Colvard Sausages Spicy Jalapeño Sausage links, roasted corn, and potato succotash.
- Pan-seared scallops over sweet potato purée with crispy prosciutto and a scampi sauce.
