This works for us as a two person shop and allows us to focus most of our time on making exceptional coffee while creating hygge with our neighbors and visitors.

One of those four windows opens today.
Orders close June 7th.
Coffee goes out the week of June 8th.

Forty friends, four courses, two partners and a group of picnic tables.

This morning, we co-hosted a breakfast on Skelly’s Farm. Their baking alongside Nordskov cold coffee, paired course by course. A CC&T to open. Single origin Kenyan at the center. Rhubarb honey cream cap on strawberry cold coffee. A reinterpreted carajillo to close.

Good things, made better by being together.

This is the kind of morning we want to make.

At a farm, at a market, eventually at a table that’s ours to set.

Skelly's Farm Market opens this weekend!

We came to deliver and stayed for a tasting of the final menu for the upcoming Breakfast on the Farm. Hot muffins, cold coffee, there is just something about being in this kitchen with these people. They are a true partner and we are so grateful to work and create with them.

Experience this unique slice of our community daily starting Saturday through the end of October. Nordskov is available on draft and in the cooler everyday……..and in donuts and fudge some days…..these are very good days 😀

Get out to the farm, we’ll hope to see you there!
