It's Monday and going to be such a gorgeous week ahead. Wishing it full of fun and mini adventures!

I'd been switching things up some days and you've spoken and said more scones always (!!) So this week I'll have Jalapeño Cheddar, GF Lemon Lavender, Blueberry Chocolate Chip and the filled scones again at end of week.
Bars are here, Rosie's Molasses Cookies back mid week and Chelsea's Focacchia Friday alongside sandwich days. Surprise popups throughout the week too!

This week's sandwich lineup: Blueberry Butter Oat Peach Jam, Maple Bacon Butter Raspberry Jam, Strawberry Jam & Brie Croissant, The JB Ham Baguette. Excited and happy to see ya. CHERRY BOMB Carrier too! Best day all- 🎉

Tomorrow & Friday I'm going to do a few filled scones. A little larger in size and filled with jam. I had blueberry oat and bacon cheddar in Denver so I'm going to do blueberry oat & maple bacon filled with bon maman jams. We'll try it out for sandwich days the next couple of weeks.

Also the "Cherry bomb" which is a cherry hot or iced cappuccino or matcha with cinnamon foam.

Most importantly got to spend time with my younger daughter & Kristi. Grateful for it.

Thank you all for keeping the cafe alive while I was away and for Marley for womaning the fort. I appreciate you all much-

What's The JB you ask?
Jambon-beurre is the classic French grab and go baguette with a ton a Butter and slinly sliced ham.
We mske em Thursdays and Fridays.
A perfect morning comfort. Served for me this morning (!) with Carrier CHIT CHAT black.

A day off can put into perspective even more how much goes into b's Tiny Cafe. This would have all been done immediately after closing up shop. I start the day at 330/4am and end about 330pm 5 days a week. Lots of love put in here!!

Today got a nice head start & you'll find me for the second half of today at the town offices with my other duties as a Recreation Commisioner (since the beginning if the year!) Promoting and helping all who would like scan and answer our new town survey for the soon to be revised Master Plan.

A vibrant and happy me!!

ALERT!!!
Good mornin all. Happy Monday.
Couple of things:
*Heads up that we may need to close early tomorrow, Tuesday for some work on a hydrant outside that may need to shut off water.

Otherwise we're starting of the week right with warm weather, good vibes & awesome bevvies and treats.
